Incubator.org is not a chat app, a message inbox, or a help desk.
It is a working platform where learning, collaboration, and progress happen in public, on the platform.

This means:

• If something is important → it belongs in a post, discussion, or documented workflow

• If something only exists in WhatsApp, Signal, or email → it does not exist for the community

• If you are “stuck” but have not posted → the platform cannot help you yet

Success on Incubator looks like:

• Writing what you’re working on

• Asking questions where others can see and respond

• Commenting on other people’s work

• Leaving a visible trail of participation

If you are logged in and not doing those things, the system is working—but you are not using it yet.
